The 20th Berlin Tattoo Convention took off on December 3 and the organizers expect over 15,000 visitors over the three days. To participate in the festival artists from Japan, China, Taiwan, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Samoa, and from all European countries has arrived with the latest technics, designs and color creations.
